Information you give us
Our enquiry form records your name, phone number, email, selected service, location, preferred date, group size, event format, notes and confirmation that you are 18 or over and have accepted the terms and privacy policy. Optional fields may be left blank. We also keep a receipt reference and the time of your enquiry.
Why we use it
We use your details to respond to your request, consider a membership application and discuss or arrange services you ask about. Processing an enquiry or preparing an agreement is carried out to take steps at your request before entering a contract. We rely on our legitimate interests to protect the form, manage records and resolve questions about our services. We meet legal obligations where these apply.
Storage and sharing
Form submissions are recorded on our website server outside its public folder. Our hosting provider processes the data to operate that server. The form does not automatically transmit your enquiry to a casino or another event supplier. If arranging your request requires sharing details with a venue or supplier, we explain what is needed before doing so.
We retain enquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to handle the request, manage any resulting arrangements and satisfy applicable record-keeping duties. We review information and remove it when it is no longer needed. This website does not use advertising pixels or analytics scripts.
